Hi, this is Momoko.

I ate Zenzai made by my mother the other day.
It’s really easy to cook.

1. Boil small red beans with sugar
2. Bake or boil rice cake
3. Put 1 and 2 in bowl.
4. Enjoy eating!!

Warm sweet food for cold winter is the best!!
Zenzai is one of them!
I have issues with sweet bean but I ate all!!

You can buy ‘Oshiruko’ (same as Zenzai. The Kanto area says ‘Oshiruko’ as ‘Zenzai’) at vending machine in town.
If you come to Japan in the winter, I recommend you to try it!!
