Duty-free items significantly expanded

Duty –free items were expanded for foreign tourist from 2014.
The aim was to increase foreign visitors for Olympic game in 2020 held in Tokyo.
Consumption tax is exempted when foreign travelers buy something at designated duty- free shops because the shopping is considered as ‘export.’ However, there are some requirements such as buying non-consumable supplies like camera and electronics which cost over 10,000 yen.It expands to all goods like foods, clothes and tobacco. Cosmetics and ‘green tea chocolate’ which is popular for foreigners is included.It is also considered that dishonesty is committed by quantity purchase. The upper limit is set 500,000 yen a day for one person one store to avoid this.

How are you？
It's cold in Japan. North part of Japan has a lot of snow. My hometown, Okayama (west side of Japan) rarely snow but we had snow two weeks ago.
Scenery covered with snow is beautiful. One of my favorite scenery is flower covered with snow. Sasanqua(photo) is one of the flowers bloom from autumn to winter. It's originally from Japan. When I see it, I feel it's cold winter now but at the same time, I can feel the spring is coming soon!!
I can't wait warm spring!!!!
